Ebola is slowly killing our nation...

Ebola affecting Nzara,Sudan  and Yambuku;Democratic Republic of Congo
The Ebola crisis has left many people within different countries trembling in distress. If it were not for our social media platforms, in all honesty who would be familiar with this crisis? Yeah I know what you thinking, thank God for social media right. The first Ebola crisis occurred in 1976 in just two outbreaks; one within Nzara,Sudan and the other within Yambuku,Democratic Republic of Congo. It then later occurred in a village close to the Ebola River, where the disease derived its name. I for one find this totally disturbing, I mean who would step foot in that river after a disease was named after it…Social media has revealed to us how innocent lives are been taken which is extremely sad and unfair. The most recent and intense crisis has occurred within West Africa, which involved urban and rural areas.

Ebola donation banner installed

Banner installed in news feed on Facebook
The world’s most largest social network site has stepped in to raise funds in the fight against the disease that is killing our nation. Yeah Facebook is doing us proud peeps. The social network site will ensure that each users news feed will have a banner installed. When clicking on this banner, users can then donate to one of three charities that will help towards the fight against the Ebola crisis. It’s finally save to say that social media is truly becoming a platform to generate public awareness of multiple threats. I mean think about it; in a few seconds with just a click of a button you can make a difference in many lives, because of social media creating awareness. Facebook is finally showing users that they do not just connect people but instead give users reasons to care and act, which I totally find amazing. If I were you Facebook users, I would consider clicking on that banner and making a difference.

"NO TOUCH" Fever Thermometer

Is this actually a save way to detect the Ebola Virus?

The latest no touch thermometer has known to be the best on the market to test for the Ebola Virus. Yeah I mean the best peeps. This gadget was made in Italy and directly displays the temperature of the forehead while your temperature is being taken. It’s currently known to be the best when it comes to testing for the Ebola virus as medical personnel’s don’t have to have any contact with their patients. I honestly think that this display feature should be distributed globally especially within the countries most affected by the virus.Check out this cool video clip on Best "No Touch" Ebola Fever Thermometer that shows how this display feature actually works
